We want to talk to you! GENERAL INFORMATION: The Tour de Ponds is a self-guided, weekend-long, tour of Maricopa County’s most beautiful and spectacular water gardens. The largest garden tour in Arizona, it typically features over 40 water gardens of all shapes and sizes in various communities from Gilbert in the East Valley to Buckeye in the West. “From dramatic boulders and a thorough collection of cacti, to stunning arrangements of wildflowers, you will experience some of the most enchanting gardens in the Phoenix area,” says Barbi Holdeman, Chairperson of the Tour. “These are no ordinary backyards!” The tour features inspirational ponds and gardens created by various contractors and do-it-yourselfers. The one thing all the water features have in common is that they are environmentally responsible, being kept organically with no chemicals. Attendees will also have the opportunity to talk to owners of the gardens about their experiences and learn about low maintenance, organic water gardening techniques. See ponds with fish, turtles, birds, pets & kids! TO PARTICIPATE: If you are interested in opening up your garden for this great event, please contact us at: 623-572-5607
